Sharpen collects and uses limited account, workspace, and billing data to operate the service, generate outputs, improve the product, and comply with law.

Sharpen is a signed-account prompt-improvement service. It does not create anonymous prompt sessions before authentication. Signed-in workspace data may be stored server-side and mirrored locally on your device to support restore and continuity.

  • Account information needed for sign-in and account management.
  • Prompt content, outputs, workspace history, and saved items.
  • Billing and quota information when paid features are used.

How Sharpen uses data

  • To provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.
  • To generate AI-assisted suggestions and outputs.

  • Google for sign-in when enabled.
  • OpenAI for AI generation.
  • Stripe for payments and billing operations when enabled.
